Once your order has been received we aim to deliver inside 7 working days, in the majority of cases delivery is actually much quicker than this as we tend to despatch all orders on the next working day after the order was placed. In the unusual case that an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of the expected delivery date and to give you the option of selecting an alternative product or cancelling.
At Snug Nights we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction, and we will replace any item that is damaged or faulty on delivery. If you encounter a fault with any product, please telephone 0151 608 4154 to advise us.
If you have ordered the wrong item or size in error then you can return the item to be exchanged for an alternative provided that the item is unopened and in a resaleable condition, if the item is returned to us in any condition other than unopened a refund cannot be given, as we would not be able to resell this item to any other customer. If you have ordered the wrong size then we cannot refund the return postage costs and the replacement items postage is chargeable
For hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund for items that have been used unless the items are faulty.
We do not offer our products on a 'home trial' basis so please ensure, before ordering that you are ordering the correct size to fit your bed (opened items will not be accepted for return if you ordered the wrong size in the first place). If the wrong size was ordered but the item remains unopened then we will be happy to refund the amount paid less our postage costs.
Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are to have the opportunity to inspect items you receive from us in the same way that you would if you were buying from a high street store. Please inspect without removing from the packaging in the same way that you would when buying from a retail shop.Removal from the packaging shall be deemed to constitute a failure on your part to keep the items in reasonable condition and you will be in breach of your legal obligations. We are entitled to exercise our statutory rights in recovering any losses we incur in this respect.
All returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Any items returned for reasons other than faults must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
